How I will be enjoying the new football season and will hopefully be picking some winner bets
I’m excited with the football season having begun. It’s going to be great having regular football back on the television and I’ve already set series record for Match of the Day and Soccer Saturday and the big matches that are coming up in-case I’m out or the other half is watching some mind-numbing reality shows. So I can relax knowing that I won’t miss any of the action.
Along with getting to watch the football I am coming up with a new betting strategy for the upcoming season. Normally I just bet on my team or place a small stake accumulator. I’m not a big bets person though, so I bet just for a bit of added excitement when watching the weekend football matches.
This year I am going to bet on there being goals in games so as not to be biased towards either team that is playing. Now choosing the betting market does supply smaller odds but they are what I consider to be safer bets. I won’t just be placing these bets on a gut feeling. I intend to do research on the game stats first on one of the many football stats websites such as Soccerway.com or Soccerstats.com where I can find more information than I need in order to pick what will hopefully be a winning bet.
So my plan is to at the beginning of the season to put an initial deposit of £25 into an online betting account and see what I can turn that into over the course of the football season. With a bit of research and of course luck hopefully some extra pocket money.
Along with my new betting strategy I have decided to sign-up to a new bookmaker as well.
